1️⃣ Brainstorming Session #1


After the interviews we decided it was time to start brainstorming about ideas that could help us meet the expectations of users like our interviewers. They brought up some really good points and problems that we hadn’t think by ourselves.

We decided to use Jamboard from Google to write our ideas in stickers. The initial plan was that everyone should think by themselves (while keeping the data we got from the interviews in mind): — What kind of ideas could help these people that are starting a job but at same time want to relocate and learn to budget?

      • Connects to bank accounts to automatically track transactions
      • Allows customized categories and sub-categories for expenses

      • Enables users to set budgets and savings goals and track progress
      • Offers projections of account balances based on planned spending
    2. Relocation Calculator
      • Compares cost of living, salaries, taxes, and housing costs between multiple locations
      • Incorporates user's income and lifestyle for personalized estimates
      • Guides users through key factors to consider when relocating
      • Allows side-by-side comparison of different cities with custom criteria
      • Provides recommendations on managing relocation costs
    3. Chat-bot for Financial Literacy
      • Covers core topics like budgeting and savings
      • Uses conversational interface to explain concepts clearly and interactively
      • Personalizes recommendations and tips based on user's goals and knowledge level
      • Tracks progress and sends reminders to motivate learning
      • Directs users to helpful third-party educational resources for more depth
